Kopi is a type of traditional coffee local to Singapore and Malaysia. This cafe does not particularly sell this type of coffee but I believe the name is easy to remember and gives an authentic feel. The cafe is situated in a small beachside community, hence the aqua/green and dark grey colours used to represent the colours of the ocean. The oval behind ‘Bean Cafe’ can be translated to a surfboard or bread loaf depending on one’s interpretation since it is a bakery/cafe.
